the location is excellent. it is easy to get to many places. the hotel provided plenty of security around the dining areas, i felt safe.

We arrived, and our room wasn't ready. we asked about an upgrade, but it still wouldn't be ready till 4pm, the standard check-in time. the room lacked free water. Slippers weren't available, and neither were bathrobes.

The pillows were too large and firm for my liking. I requested flatter pillows, but the staff said they had no alternatives. I thought it was disappointing for such a supposedly upscale hotel.
