The staff was friendly enough. At least they didn't seem overtly annoyed to be there.
My room was small. There was barely enough space to open my suitcase. i also noticed significant street noise. It made sleeping difficult. the noise was particularly bothersome at night.

I found the location convenient, with quick access to the Commons. The staff was friendly, and I got vouchers. The hotel has enough entertainment (i especially liked the pinball machine!) if you prefer to stay in.
My room was small, and it lacked shelves for storage. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase.

the location was great. it was close to many major sites. we loved walking all over with such ease. the hotel itself is modern. it played a great soundtrack.
our shower leaked out into the main part of the room after running for a bit. the doors to the shower would not stay closed. i had to hold it shut while i washed myself. the water ran across the whole room.

I loved the decor in the bedrooms, particularly the shower room. It was all fantastic. the hotel location is superb, with easy walking access to major amenities. shops are close.

i found the location quite convenient. it was close to transportation and various dining options. the staff were friendly and addressed issues promptly, it was great. the hotel provided meal and drink vouchers which i thought were very useful.
the room lacked storage. there were no drawers or shelves. i was told to use one side of the recycling bin for waste, not ideal. the bar had some unavailable drinks listed on the menu.

The location was great. i walked easily to restaurants, parks, and pharmacies. the cleanliness and newness throughout the hotel impressed me. it had vouchers for the food area. This was quite helpful.
