the hotel offered comfortable accommodations. the rooftop bar provided excellent views. the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions. i enjoyed the super clean room it was super clean.

the front desk staff was consistently helpful. they quickly addressed my inquiries and provided useful local information. housekeeping kept the rooms clean and well-stocked with amenities. it was a cheerful service.

i appreciated the friendly reception staff. check-in was quick and efficient. i also liked that i could store my luggage after checking out, which allowed me to explore the city further. the rooftop bar offered amazing views.
the room was quite small with dim lighting i found this not ideal for longer stays or when needing to work in the room

the hotel is in a central location i could walk to many places. it is close to grand central and bryant park i did not need a car or taxi often.

the location was very convenient i was close to major attractions and public transport the check-in and check-out processes were efficient the staff members, kiara and chris, provided excellent assistance the king-sized bed offered a comfortable night's sleep i used the rooftop bar that had a nice ambiance.
the hotel did not include breakfast in the price i paid for my stay the cost for hot chocolate and a croissant was expensive parking near the hotel was also challenging due to a parking ticket.

The location made sightseeing very straightforward. I enjoyed the rooftop view, especially after sunset. The en-suite offered ample storage. I appreciated the drawer space. The coffee machine in the room worked well.

the location was convenient to many destinations i wanted to visit i found the staff helpful and polite. the rooftop bar offered a nice view even though i did not have a room with a view.
my room seemed small for the price i paid the daily room cleanups were not very thorough. the air conditioning unit was quite loud i found it difficult to sleep with it on.

the rooftop bar has wonderful city views. the bed was really comfortable and the room was super clean. i had a good storage and closet SPACE.
i didn't like that my room had no a. c. the batteries in the remote stopped WORKING.
