long check-in rude manager
the rooms size was big.
check-in took forever, i arrived at 2pm but only got my room at 4pm it seems that some people are okay with this wait time. the manager wasn't any help either, i heard them say they'd cancel bookings for anyone who complained, how thoughtful.

working desk laptop space document space towel shortage reception inaccessibility unresponsive staff
the generous working desk in my room provided enough space. i had room to organize my laptop and documents. it was helpful as i needed to work on a client proposal (it was quite a detailed one!).
the bathroom did not have enough towels upon my arrival. also, the reception was often difficult to reach by phone. when i complained, they mentioned they would try to fix it, but nothing happened.

The staff members were helpful. my room was spacious. the location was very close to the metro station. It was about twenty steps. it made getting around easy! also, the beds had high-quality mattresses.

The room had a view and it. The location provided easy access to the metro station (a real advantage). I found the housekeeping staff very polite and attentive. They cleaned the room well.

I secured a room on a high floor. It offered a clear view of the city. The housekeeping was prompt. They responded quickly to requests for extra towels and toiletries.

helpful staff tv short walk
I found the staff very helpful with directions and local tips. my room had a large tv (it was not a smart tv though). the hotel is very close to the metro station. It's only a short walk.
i requested slippers and a dental kit (directly from housekeeping). i never received these items, even after a long wait. housekeeping should have these items readily available.

Comfortable Stay with a View
spacious room helpful staff
The room was spacious and clean I found this particularly nice after long days. The view from the room was lovely too I enjoyed waking up to that each morning. I appreciated the helpful staff and their quick responses to my requests.
The parking was inconvenient It was quite a walk from the entrance of the hotel. This was a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage.
