convenient expo stay
professional staffspacious room
the hotel's location was perfect for my expo visit. i easily walked to the metro station in five minutes. philip and arslan were especially professional. the room was spacious. housekeeping maintained it very well .

The pizza was delicious. the pizza had a fluffy crust!!! room service was excellent. Orders arrived promptly and were accurately prepared. mustafa and all the egyptian staff always offered prompt, friendly service.

the hotel is near expo 2020, so there were no traffic issues getting there. it is a five-minute walk to the metro. this made traveling around very convenient. the expo dome is visible from the pool.

acceptable locationnoisy machinery
the location was acceptable though the expo area felt pretty deserted .
I was battling for sleep at 2am. there were groups of men shouting near my balcony. They operated noisy machinery too. the lack of notice about this window cleaning operation was not appreciated.

The room was very clean. The amenities provided met all my needs. Staff members Rahul and Ali maintained the room impeccably (their hard work was visible daily).
The refrigerator in the room was slightly small.
