I received an upgraded room upon arrival. It included twin beds. The staff was helpful. They promptly addressed all my inquiries.
The buffet choices were limited. I found the same food every day. The service in the pub was quite slow. I ultimately left due to lack of attention (it was quite disappointing).

the hotel is very clean. salma from mayra tours organized a safari and yacht tour for me. it was easy to book (i felt stress-free). the travel desk services were very helpful.
The all-inclusive package has restrictions on drinks and dining locations. there were long queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without a waiting area. i noticed a shortage of staff in the restaurant. It took a while to get assistance.

helpful team spacious room amazing view central location
i loved everything about my stay! the team was very helpful. my room was spacious and super clean. i enjoyed the amazing views from the room. the location was perfect. it was central and close to many places.
the gym was located in a separate building. this setup made it a bit less convenient to use daily.

the staff was very helpful especially at reception. i found the room clean and well kept. the hotel features a really nice pool. its location near the metro made getting around convenient.
the nightclub was less excellent than other services the hotel provides.

lovely staff clean suite cozy carpets
the staff was lovely and always ready to help. the room upgrade was a nice surprise (it felt so special!). i appreciated the super clean cleaning and cozy carpets in the suite. the city view from the higher floors was also fine.
the breakfast buffet was sometimes crowded after 9:00.
