the lagoon beach was fun. it was vast and well kept. the hotel arranged a buggy to creek harbor. this was very practical and only a short walk back. the team impressed me with their service. the service was a ten out of ten.

honestly, only one person was at the check-in counter. the long queue took quite a while to reach the counter.

The hotel lobby was perfect. The staff deserved top ratings.

I had to request room cleaning, even though the room was empty all day. They eventually cleaned after my request at night, inconvenient. i asked for another room because it was late, but they ignored my request. it was annoying to deal with this level of disregard.

I found the staff helpful. Julia at reception deserves recognition for her excellent service. The lagoon access enhanced the experience. It was clean and well designed. My room had a nice lagoon view and lovely furnishings.

The breakfast starts early at 7 am, very convenient. I found many options at the buffet. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

Mr. Ali provided very good room cleaning daily, and his supervisor Mr Ajith was also very attentive. Staff were cute and ready to assist. Mostafa the lifeguard was a very kind person and communicative.

The hotel's restaurants and bar offered great choices. The room was very good I will come back. The cleaning service by Arif and Bimal was superb they made my apartment sparkle in less than 2 hours. They brought all needed material to clean everything.

The staff seemed very energetic and hardworking especially Omar Nader and Faraz I was impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to ensure a smooth experience for all guests during dinner service here I had a nice experience.

The food tasted delicious I tried truffle pizza salads and humus all were perfect. We had different sorts of dishes grills and many desserts. Chef Mohammad made the food excellent I will return.

The breakfast was average and had limited options. the housekeeping service was terrible. They didn't dust or change the sheets. i stayed there for 4 nights and the sheets weren't changed even once which is really annoying.
