satisfactory stay overall

polite staff great location low water impractical timing

The staff was very polite. i found them helpful. the location is great as well. It is a good area. it's close to sharaf dg metro and burjuman metro station.

The water flow in the washroom was very low. i complained at reception when i checked out. the free shuttle to the beach and outlet mall was not useful. the timing wasn't practical. It only ran until 9am.

The room was spacious and very clean. the kitchenette had all appliances i needed for a short stay. i especially liked the washing machine. It was handy. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. breakfast was good, it had a nice variety.

a pleasant family experience

spacious apartment useful kitchenette

we booked interconnecting studio for four and stayed there six nights. the apartment was spacious and clean. the kitchenette was very useful for preparing meals. daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. the rooftop pool was a plus after sightseeing.

one minor issue occurred. on the third day, the bathroom flooded. the shower drain was clogged. while we cleaned up with towels, the staff responded quickly to fix it.

the hotel had a rooftop pool with comfortable loungers. the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a complimentary shuttle went to the beach and a major shopping center. the hotel provides free parking.
