The staff was very polite. i found them helpful. the location is great as well. It is a good area. it's close to sharaf dg metro and burjuman metro station.

The water flow in the washroom was very low. i complained at reception when i checked out. the free shuttle to the beach and outlet mall was not useful. the timing wasn't practical. It only ran until 9am.

a pleasant family experience

spacious apartmentuseful kitchenetteclogged drain

we booked interconnecting studio for four and stayed there six nights. the apartment was spacious and clean. the kitchenette was very useful for preparing meals. daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. the rooftop pool was a plus after sightseeing.

one minor issue occurred. on the third day, the bathroom flooded. the shower drain was clogged. while we cleaned up with towels, the staff responded quickly to fix it.

The staff were friendly. The room was very clean. The wifi connection was good, too. The beds were very comfortable, and the sofa bed was comfortable enough for me.

I requested a high floor, but I didn't get it. Breakfast was not what I expected. It was mostly Indian dishes. I was not able to get a discount for a second room.
