Acceptable Stay with Noise Issues
loud music slow drain
I noticed loud music every night from the club downstairs. It was difficult to sleep. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so water went everywhere. The sink drain was also slow. Water drained poorly.

helpful staff attentive front desk unavailable transfer expensive taxis
The staff were helpful. Catherine at the front desk was attentive to my needs. I thank her and the rest of the hotel staff.
The hotel was not close to public transport. I learned on arrival that the free transfer to the Mall was unavailable. I had to use taxis.

magnifying mirror helpful addition steel rope
the room had a magnifying mirror and a hair dryer, a helpful addition. the washroom included a steel rope for drying towels. it was very useful. there was a 24/7 supermarket nearby, convenient.
the air conditioning had a musty odor
