convenient location helpful staff well-kept room
the location near the mall proved convenient. the staff were generally helpful, addressing requests promptly. my room was well kept . the concierge offered reliable assistance with directions and local information.
the minibar in my room was not restocked daily, requiring me to request refills

the grand club burj view room king i stayed in has a divine portrait view. its a spacious and optimum room. the breakfast tasted wonderful and its staff were polite, i feel that there were no faults.
the housekeeping services werent up to mark to expectation and i had to ask them to come.

the room was acceptable , with a view of the city skyline.
the service was substandard. i had to request basic amenities like towels twice , which is unacceptable. the minibar was empty upon arrival , and despite a request , it was never stocked.

Acceptable hotel, but not flawless
lively atmosphere pool area room cleaning poor service unfriendly staff lounge quality
The pool area was a highlight for me. There is a nice lounge near the pool, and it had a lively atmosphere in the evening. Rooms received cleaning twice each day. Both room views seemed pretty good.
The staff and service FELL short of expectations. I thought the club lounge was poor. One staff member seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues. I was promised follow-up on my concerns, but I received no call back, even after six days.

covered bridge outdoor pool
The access to dubai mall via a covered bridge proved convenient. i liked the heated outdoor swimming pool, especially since i stayed during january, and the weather was mild. It made swimming enjoyable.
The air conditioning in common areas felt inadequate. The temperature reached 31c, and the inadequate air conditioning was noticeable.

superb hotel stay
flexible staff late check great value
I appreciated the flexible late check out, particularly after our safari. It gave us time to refresh with the kids. the facilities matched the price. staff allowed it. i'll certainly return. i found this useful after that safari trip. it was great value.
the noise from music continued until 4 am from the room, causing sleep disruption. our request for a peaceful room was not fulfilled. reception gave us a noisy room despite knowing about nighttime noise. i didn't sleep well those nights.

the breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection. the fresh fruit was AMAZING!!! i liked the dates. the hotel offered direct access to a major shopping center.
