The pool was a highlight. It was quite large!

The noise was a major issue. Airplanes and trucks created a constant disturbance. even with the windows closed, it was hard to ignore the outside sounds. the front desk wasn't very helpful when i asked about it, they seemed uninterested in resolving the problem.

rude staff communication difficulty

The room service meal was acceptable.

The front desk staff seemed difficult to communicate with. I called weeks in advance to inform them that my mother would check in before me. They did not give me any options to facilitate this process and looked rude.
