friendly staff convenient metro available parking basic room low water pressure english channels
The staff was notably friendly . I also appreciated the convenience of having a metro stop located very close to the hotel. The availability of parking on the premises proved to be quite useful.
The room I had was somewhat basic considering the price. I found that the water pressure in the bathroom was quite low. there was a noticeable lack of English language channels available on the television.

helpful staff really good breakfast comfortable room hard beds expensive parking worn condition
the staff seemed very helpful it was nice they provided assistance the breakfast included some fantastic items i enjoyed the room i found it very comfortable
i found the beds not very comfortable they felt too hard the parking seemed a bit expensive for the area i paid sixteen euros for one night i thought the hotel showed some wear already

clean room spacious room varied breakfast faulty air conditioning missing bin unhelpful staff
the room was clean and spacious. i had a double or twin room and it was perfect for my needs. the breakfast was very varied and fresh with traditional products included! i really enjoyed that.
The air conditioner didn't work very well in my room, it was giving hot air. reception staff said it was too late to fix it that night. there was also no bin in the room except for the one in the bathroom..

Excellent Stay Near Chamartin Station
generous room good air conditioning decent shower ample bed
The room size was quite generous. I appreciated the air conditioning provided. The shower had decent water pressure and temperature control. The bed, although firm, offered ample space to rest after a long day of travel.
I found the tea and coffee sachets were not always replenished daily. I had to request them a couple of times from reception.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Chamartin train station making it ideal for travelers using rail services. A bus stop sits directly outside providing easy access to other parts of the city. Nearby, guests can find local food and grocery stores adding convenience to their stay.
