The airport shuttle worked well enough, getting me to the terminal without much delay.
I was really disappointed to find the hotel restaurant closed for dinner one night. This left me scrambling for alternatives. The lack of a minibar in the room was also a major inconvenience. the wifi signal was quite weak, hindering my ability to work and stay connected.

The rooms were beautiful.
The reception desk was not helpful with directions for transport into the city center. I needed information and assistance, but the staff seemed unable or unwilling to provide it. This made it difficult to navigate the area. It was annoying to not get adequate support from the hotel staff.
