i found the reception staff very helpful during check-in. the hotel offered convenient access to a nearby shopping center with many cafes. i liked its proximity to the airport and ease of access. the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep.
i must say the lack of an iron in the room was a little frustrating.

I found the gym very well-equipped It had everything I needed for a good workout. The room was cleaned daily which kept it fresh and tidy. I also appreciated the front desk staff. They were very accommodating to all guests. The breakfast had a good selection of food too. I especially liked the omelette station.
The location is a bit outside the city center I had to use transportation to reach main attractions.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. M Angel and Miguel in the restaurant stood out with their really good service. The front desk staff was especially accommodating to handicapped guests.

the cleanliness was definitely an issue. i found mold in the bathroom, specifically on the showerhead. it seemed like they weren't trying to address it. also, the room lacked basic hygiene items like a toothbrush and toothpaste..
