The staff at reception were helpful. The hotel looked clean so I can commend the cleaning crew.
The transfer bus situation proved problematic. I was told taxis were unavailable yet later taxis looked. This situation involved renting a van for a short drive at considerable expense so the hotel cannot arrange basic services.

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. the breakfast included a nice selection of items. free parking was also available. I appreciated this. the location was handy near the airport.
my room did not have a refrigerator. there also was no safe available in the room. i found no bottled water, which i usually expect. the phone in the room wasn't working.
