unavailable taxis expensive van
The staff at reception were helpful. The hotel was clean so I can commend the cleaning crew.
The transfer bus situation proved problematic. I was told taxis were unavailable yet later taxis was. This situation involved renting a van for a short drive at considerable expense so the hotel cannot arrange basic services.

The hotel location is near the airport. The shuttle service runs without charge, and the driver was helpful... The location suited my needs.
The room seemed a little outdated. I could hear noise from the corridor through the door. The transparency was not ideal.

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. the breakfast included a nice selection of items. free parking was also available. I appreciated this. the location was handy near the airport.
my room did not have a refrigerator. there also was no safe available in the room. i found no bottled water, which i usually expect. the phone in the room wasn't working.
