The room was very clean. the free airport shuttle was punctual for both arrival and departure. i appreciate the professional service and proximity to rental car returns. Mine let me walk just a short distance after dropping off my car.
the absence of coffee and tea in the room was a minor inconvenience. also early check-in was not available, and when the correct time arrived, the room still was not quite ready.

the free shuttle service was on time and efficient. i found the room to be quite clean. the front desk staff spoke english fluently and provided helpful directions .
the bathroom light was very bright.. it was activated by movement. the hotel issued only one key per room. this made it difficult when my colleague and i needed to leave separately. the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odor, so i had to open the window.

the shuttle service had two minivans and each carries a maximum of six people. the hotel staff was helpful, and they accommodated my request for a quiet room. chat box questions received quick answers. the room was spacious and clean.
i found there wasn't a coffee machine or kettle available in the room. it would have been nice to have those amenities.
