Simon and rhona are amazing hosts! the rooms are so clean and the beds super comfy, i slept like a baby. rhona even gave me a jug of fruit juice and yoghurts to take with me when i had to leave early. What a thoughtful touch!

The location is superb. It offers convenient access to nearby attractions, though parking can be a little tricky to find. i found the area very walkable with lots of local shops and cafes nearby.

the breakfast was fabulous! there was a wide variety to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. the hotel also has a cozy lounge area where i could relax. free wifi that worked perfectly

The service was really good. Simon and rhona were pretty good too ensure i had a wonderful experience. they were always available to answer any questions and offered great recommendations for local dining options. their warm hospitality really stood out

the room was nice and neat. the location was quiet with a tram link close by. breakfast was fantastic, offering many options. i enjoyed great value for money .
The bathroom was very cold. I found this slightly inconvenient.

The cooked breakfast was amazing (i loved the sausages!). The hotel provided free parking right outside, a great convenience. The lounge was nice to relax in. The hosts even allowed us to bring a takeaway back to enjoy in the dining area, and i appreciate this gesture.
The room was just a tad small. It was somewhat difficult to fully open my suitcase.

The couple that run the place are grateful hosts, i felt welcomed from the start. my room had a little fridge, a really handy feature. the location was great. Tram stops were very close. i used the tram to get around with no issues.
the bathroom window felt a bit loose, it could use a check.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was so much to choose from. The room had a really nice shower. I REALLY enjoyed that. it was a GREAT experience. I'd recommend it HIGHLY!!!
