dysfunctional telephoneinadequate air conditioner

The air conditioner WAS a wall unit, and it did not function adequately. I was forced to carry heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. additionally, the telephone in the room was dysfunctional, necessitating multiple trips across the street for assistance.

The room was very spacious. the bathroom was large, and the shower was good. everything was impeccably clean. I loved it! the bed was comfortable. the air conditioning worked perfectly. i really enjoyed having restaurants nearby. It made things so easy.

i could hear people in the corridor sometimes, a little distracting, but i still slept well.

check-in happened at the nearby hotel across the street, i got my keys quickly. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, and i didn't need anything else .

the room was super clean, and i loved how new everything felt. the staff at check-in were friendly and helpful (big shoutout to them!). the bed was super comfortable, exactly what i needed after a long journey.

The air conditioner didn't work properly. It was just a wall unit. the phone in the room didn't work, so i had to go across the street for help multiple times.
