The staff were helpful and pleasant .

The bed had two mattresses, and I kept ending up sleeping on the uncomfortable edge. It really impacted my ability to rest WELL.

metro station friendly staff comfortable bed clean room

I appreciated the proximity to the Metro station, just three minutes away. The staff members were friendly and spoke English fluently. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. I found the hotel offered very good value for money.

There was no refrigerator available in the room, which would have been useful.

The location was convenient. The metro station was only a short walk away. free luggage storage proved useful before my late flight. i also liked the complimentary fruit and sweets in the reception area.

i noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room, a bit inconvenient. the biggest issue was the bed that featured two separate mattresses, not ideal for couples. i also didn't like that a staff member left a room open after cleaning, a potential security concern.
