The room was tidy and clean. I appreciated that. the bed was comfy, and the shower had good pressure. the free lunch option available at the hotel was a nice perk. the location is very close to the airport. It's right outside.

The fan made a bit of noise. It bothered me at night.

easy walking friendly service

The hotel is close to terminal 2, so walking is easy. the service was efficient and friendly. I appreciated this after a long flight (it really makes a difference!).

the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and it could use an upgrade. it was a small issue, but it did affect the overall peace of the room.

perfect location easy check-in

it was easy for me to walk to the hotel from klia2. the room was clean and perfect on the ground floor.

the hallways had some unpleasant smells of stale water, i don't like that.

The location is close to the airport. I found the breakfast very good with options for early departures and takeaway. Staffs are friendly and provided assistance.

sound insulation between rooms are very poor. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.
