The room was tidy and clean. I appreciated that. the bed was comfy, and the shower had good pressure. the free lunch option available at the hotel was a nice perk. the location is very close to the airport. It's right outside.

The fan made a bit of noise. It bothered me at night.

The hotel is close to terminal 2, so walking is easy. the service was efficient and friendly. I appreciated this after a long flight (it really makes a difference!).

the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and it could use an upgrade. it was a small issue, but it did affect the overall peace of the room.

it was easy for me to walk to the hotel from klia2. the room was clean and perfect on the ground floor.

the hallways had some unpleasant smells of stale water, i don't like that.
