excessive noise
the noise levels were excessive, especially in the evenings. the hallway was constantly loud with slamming doors and shouting. despite my complaints to the staff, no action was taken. it really impacted my stay.

A Romantic Getaway!

I found the location convenient. The Al Ghurair mall is attached and offered excellent shopping. The hotel provides very easy access to popular landmarks and various fast-food options like McDonald's and Starbucks. Our room was always clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious foods and snacks. It was AMAZING!!! The staff were very supportive and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile.
The gym equipment was a little dated.

The Al Ghurair mall connected DIRECTLY to the hotel. it was convenient for shopping and dining. the Yasmine cafe offered a cozy atmosphere. Its staff were cute. Jahirul cleaned the apartment, and i appreciate his thoroughness.

the location was convenient to access nearby shops.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. i noticed dust in several areas and some stains on the carpet, quite disappointing. also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work, i had to call maintenance to fix it.
