the breakfast had a great selection. it featured good quality items, however it was busy at times and i asked for my table to be laid. the location is also excellent. it is close to the airport.
the lights in my room were faulty. the bathroom light also turned on the reading light over the bed, which wasnt ideal at night. the air conditioning was smelly, it had a dusty smell. the room wasnt replenished with clean cups or tea and coffee.

The gym had proper equipment. It featured multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. The hotel offered a convenient connecting bridge to the Irish Village. Guests received a discount there. The staff provided professional and friendly service. They helped promptly.
The check-in process took a very long time. It required lots of signatures, delaying our arrival. The room was dusty. It lacked thorough cleaning. I saw the coffee machine was not usable due to the dust.

the breakfast had a huge selection of tasty options.
The housekeeping service was bad. I asked for drinking water around 11:30 pm but they did not deliver it. i called more than five times, eventually, they did not bring it. i called again and the house keeping told me that i gave a wrong room number, but they eventually delivered it after 45 minutes.

The breakfast included a 'pork station', i found that to be a bonus. some nice art decorated the walls. It was a pleasant environment to walk through to the restaurant. the air conditioning was efficient.
the design of the room was not pleasing to the eye! though the ensuite bath tub was adequate

the gym had a lot of equipment i used the treadmill and the weight machines it was a good workout. the rooftop pool was quiet i enjoyed swimming with a nice view of the area.
the check in took longer than expected the staff seemed to be still in training. i prepaid through an app but they asked me to pay again it was a hassle to sort out the double charge.

I felt grateful for the gym. It had enough equipments for my daily workout. Breakfast was also really good. I liked the variety of food options they had.
The check-in process was a bit slow. It took about 25 minutes for me to get to my room. The hot water in the shower took a while to heat up. The loud music coming from the bars nearby was disturbing.
