the room was very clean. housekeeping did an excellent job, coming to clean the room everyday. they also provided complimentary water. the room service was always at hand to help! the staff met me at the door and called the next taxi waiting in line.
the pool could benefit from better design. i found the layout a little basic.

The location is central. it made it easy to explore nearby attractions. i enjoyed the vibrant local atmosphere. it was usually under 30 minutes to most places i visited. That was very convenient.

Really good family stay

The hotel location made it easy to explore the area. The team was friendly. Each staff member ensured we felt welcome. The room was super clean upon arrival. Common areas were maintained well. The housekeeping team provided complimentary water every day.
My room was never explained that this needed to be taken everytime you go down for dinner and lunch.

Breakfast at the market cafe was nice. The team was wonderful. I want to thank Rajeev, Adi, Nadar, Lissa, Amit, Sonam, and Chef Mohan for looking after us so well. There were delicious meals at wox and iz.

The bellboys whisked away our luggage. Check-in was efficient. They provided information. The concierge team, including Bilal, gave support. The housekeeping team maintained the utmost level of cleanliness. The staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality.

rude staffpoor service
the reception service was quite disappointing. i found the staff to be shockingly rude and dismissive at times. for example, i had an issue with no hot water in the shower and it was ignored until i insisted on speaking with a manager (this manager tried to make things better). it definitely spoiled my stay and i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The location offers easy access to many points of interest. I especially enjoyed the variety of food options available at the Cafe Market. The Club Lounge provided a calm area for work, it offered snacks and beverages. I found the housekeeping service to be very effective. The rooms were always clean.
