convenient location polite service good selection
the hotel's location near the world trade center is quite convenient. the staff demonstrated polite and helpful service. breakfast had a good food selection.
the gym lacked a few essential weight training machines.

convenient location and great staff!
helpful staff convenient location
i stayed in a standard queen room (it had everything i needed). the location was super convenient near the world trade center. yan and khaled at the reception were especially helpful and supportive.
some mornings there was drilling and hammering that lasted for hours. the shower temperature control was also difficult to manage (it switched quickly between warm, cold, and very hot).

unanswered request terrible cleanliness
The noise from the next room was just awful. i could clearly hear the tv and loud conversations. the snoring and other noises made it impossible for me to sleep at all. i asked for a firmer pillow when i booked, but that request was ignored.. the pillows were so soft i couldn't get comfortable. reporting this to the hotel manager didn't help. It was like talking to a wall.

convenient stay near the world trade centre
convenient location metro station museum view fresh coffee
the location was very convenient! it was only a short walk to the metro station. the room had a view of the museum of the future. breakfast included arabic and indian dishes. i also appreciated the coffee and milk they sent when i requested it.
the bathroom was somewhat small and it lost water, though the room was clean.

breakfast buffet helpful staff clean room found hair bad smell small room
the breakfast buffet had different choices of food. the housekeeping always make sure the room is clean. the staffs are kind and helpful to guests.
i found hair from backed blanket. the smell is not good once i entered the room. the room didn't have much space.
