A terrace can be opened upon signing a disclaimer at the Front Desk. Acceptable Stay, Some Annoyances

The staff was polite and helpful .
The room's lighting was really bad, I struggled to see well. The breakfast selection was not what I expect for a hotel that charges as much as this one does. It's pretty basic. My flight was cancelled, and the hotel was inflexible about extending my stay under the same conditions.

I encountered a few issues . The check-in process was excessively slow. I waited in line for nearly an hour in a hall that lacked air conditioning. the limited options for nearby coffee or food were inconvenient. I felt restricted due to this scarcity.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. I especially loved the fresh pastries. the staff showed genuine warmth and attentiveness!). i also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the beach. It saved me time and effort.
The elevators could be a bit faster. Sometimes there was a slight wait during peak hours.

my premier room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room included a work desk with ample lighting, useful. i had a king bed with quality linens.

porters helped us efficiently with luggage storage. a concierge was available 24/7 at the lobby. the hotel offers a free shuttle to various shopping malls.

the hotel is near numerous business offices (that was super convenient for me). the hotel is located 32 minutes by walk from the nearest metro station. plenty of taxis were always available outside the hotel.

The staff showed kindness. i appreciated the room cleanliness and comfort. the breakfast offered many options with gluten-free bread. It was a nice touch. i was also able to purchase gluten-free cheesecake in the lobby cafe.
The pillows were firm compared to other hotels where i have stayed. softer options would improve comfort. A bathtub would add luxury. i expected all essentials, such as towels and robes, to be in place on arrival.
