excellent servicequiet roomeasy transportation
i appreciated the excellent service from the doormen to the front desk. my room was ALWAYS quiet and conveniently close to transportation. it made moving around the area much easier and faster, which i found beneficial.

the hotel offers a fitness center with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a business center includes several computers and printers. complementary newspapers are available in the lobby EACH morning.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. a mini-bar stocked with various beverages and snacks was available. the television offered a wide selection of cable channels and on-demand movies.

the hotel is beautiful (it has character). the afternoon tea at the palm court was lovely. fariz provided excellent service during the tea.
the bellman seemed rude. i didn't have cash immediately available to tip him. he made a comment about it to his colleague as he walked away.
