Really good Location and Service

attentive staff superb food lavazza coffee

I found the staff attentive and helpful. The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere, complete with superb staff and lovely food. I particularly enjoyed the Lavazza coffee provided in the room (a small detail I always appreciate). Bottled water was included and readily available, also providing an extra touch of convenience.

The air conditioning unit in my room was a bit noisy. It was a minor issue, but it slightly detracted from an otherwise perfect stay.

The location provides easy access to popular attractions. Several subway lines are nearby, which facilitate travel to other parts of the city. It is close to many of the major theaters.

The location was decent enough, close to the things I wanted to see.

The noise level from the street was not good at all. I had a studio, and the space felt much smaller than the pictures showed. the staff seemed uninterested in helping with basic requests. It's probably best to try another place next time.

The king suite was spacious with new furniture. I particularly appreciated the rainfall shower (it felt so luxurious!). The location proved convenient, placing us within easy reach of several subway stations.

The noisy air conditioning made it difficult to sleep at night.

The gym had a good selection of equipment. i used the treadmills daily. the room had a massive walk in shower, and i really liked that. the staff was helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions.

my 10 night stay started with a delay at check in. the room was not ready until 4pm. we booked through a third party site and i felt we were treated differently. the room lacked some amenities and soap was only replaced sporadically.
