Excellent Stay in a Prime location!

The complimentary breakfast included eggs, meat, hash browns, fruit, and pastries, it was wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly during my entire visit. I found the location quite central, made exploring convenient.
The elevators experienced delays during peak times.

The hotel's location is a SUPER benefit, with easy access to various attractions. Subway stations are nearby, which allows you to easily travel. Many restaurants, fast food options, and coffee shops are also easily accessible.

The complimentary breakfast offers fresh omelets and a variety of pastries. There is also a fruit, cereal, and toast muffin station, it is adequate. I appreciated the selection AVAILABLE each morning.

The room included a comfortable bed plus good storage space, I found it great. A powerful hot shower was available, i enjoyed it. Internet access was superfast, so i was able to continue working.

great location skyline view small room honking sound
The location sparkle, only a short hop to times square and the reception staff, they were total sweethearts. the room i secured was all set when i showed up. It had a view of the skyline. a breakfast is also a bonus, it makes the mornings sweet.
the room seemed a bit small, like it fits only one heart, maybe two at most. the sound of honking invaded my peace through the night. i wish the room was bigger for comfort.

amazing stay in the heart of everything!!!
unbeatable location wide variety friendly staff
The location was unbeatable. I could walk to so many attractions. the included breakfast had a wide variety of options. It was a bit busy but worth it. the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was always smiling!!!
the elevators were sometimes a little slow, but it wasn't a huge deal.

the hotel provides luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a very useful feature. there is also an airport taxi facility. the hotel has multiple elevators for guest use.

the junior king suite sofa bed offered a separate tv area and provided needed privacy. the bed was comfortable. the room had a divider for extra privacy between the sleeping and living spaces.

a complimentary voucher of thirty dollars was offered each day for food and drinks. free drinks and snacks were available each day from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. breakfast offered many choices.

the bartenders were amazing and friendly. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. the staff always had smiles and was very friendly. i rate the service ten out of ten!!!

great view city view prime location many options
the staff was nice. i got a room with a great view of the city. i also liked that the hotel was near many attractions. breakfast had many choices and i never go hungry.
the elevators sometimes took awhile.

the staff always greeted me with a smile, and were quick to help with directions to attractions. they answered all my questions and always seemed happy, though i only interacted with them briefly.
