The location IS excellent. Times Square and Central Park are close. The breakfast was substantial and free, with many options. I appreciated the bagels every morning. Staff members were friendly AND helpful.
The gym is a bit tiny.

the location it was very convenient. the subway access was literally just at the entrance. the hotel was great it met every expectation i had.
the lifts were terrible it was said they were upgrading. i stayed for many nights but i never saw anyone working on them. the ground floor 'lobby' area look okay but the bar isnt manned it was not cute.
