slow elevatorbroken safe
the elevator service was surprisingly slow. waiting for the elevator became a routine annoyance (i never thought i would say that). also, the in-room safe was out of order. i reported it, but nothing was done . these issues, while minor, detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience.

Fantastic Stay Near Times Square

The lobby was very convenient with space to sit, talk, and even play games (I saw some families having a great time). Tea, coffee, and water were available to drink at any time, which I found really useful. The indoor environment in the public areas felt timeless and comfortable.
My room did not include a safe, which I realized only after arriving. I should have checked the description more carefully before my visit. This made me slightly uneasy, since I like to store some personal belongings locked when I'm away.

My room was very clean and it had all the necessities I needed. A Nespresso maker was in the room and I used it every morning. Water stations were on my floor which was convenient.

I appreciated the lounge area. It offered space to eat food if required. There was also free coffee and tea in the lobby. It was a nice spot to relax and have a quick bite before heading out (especially in the evenings!).

The staff were friendly and cute, especially Kelly at the front desk. Joanne was especially helpful and kind. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The staff really seemed to care.

The hotel is located near both Times Square and 5th Avenue. Subway stations are easily accessible. I found it a very convenient base for exploring many attractions. Everything felt within reach.

the location worked lovely. i walked often to various places. the complimentary coffee i get every morning was heaven. i enjoyed them. the room had a nespresso machine. this was so helpful for me when i have early mornings.
my room have view on wall, and , made room dark. this make hard wake in morning. also, the elevators seems slow at times. i wait long moments. this made me late for shows a couple times.
