great locationfrozen tiramisu
the location was acceptable for walking to many attractions.
I was really disappointed with the room service. It was hard to get through when i called. the food quality was low when it finally arrived and my tiramisu was still frozen. it really detracted from my stay.

The location offered convenient access to many attractions (I walked almost everywhere).
The minibar prices were excessive. Two small bottles of water cost $24 per day. A daily 'residence fee' of $51 covered amenities like gym access and internet, which are standard inclusions at most hotels.
