Excellent Seaport Stay

Carmen handled my check-in very efficiently. She provided clear directions, which I appreciated. A room was available early, and I could rest. This definitely secured my future stays at this location.
I noticed some staff were not consistently friendly. This was a slight detraction from an otherwise positive stay.

The buffet breakfast included several options such as eggs, pastries and fruit. The coffee and tea station was always well-stocked. I saw that a hot chocolate bar was available too.

The lobby is big. The staff seemed helpful. My room was very comfy and tidy. It came equipped with a fridge and comfortable bedding.
The breakfast food looked and tasted cheap. It seems very processed. All the dishes was plastic or paper. I think it looks pretty cheap.

I found the lobby spacious. Staff at the front desk was helpful with directions. A self-service shop in the lobby had drinks and snacks. I used the gym. It has new equipment.
The breakfast area became crowded during peak hours, making it hard to find a table.

the breakfast had so many choices. every morning, i found something different and yummy, including fresh fruit, even though it sometimes ran out! the sheets in my king room were super clean. the shower was also amazing!
the front desk staff was not as friendly. they seemed busy. i had issues, but they didn't seem too concerned about helping. also, the valet parking felt expensive compared to other spots. i think it was more than i expected for the area.
