Premier Double rooms cover 600-sq-ft and have two full beds with 400-thread-count Kassatex linens. The Joule Suite includes separate bedroom and living areas. The Terrace Suite has high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a 60-sq-ft terrace. The Loft Suite is a two-story suite with 20-foot ceilings. The 1,065-sq-ft Deluxe Loft Suite features a dining table for six. Penthouses allow guests to host in residential-style spaces and include Viking kitchens.

The Joule has multiple onsite bars and restaurants. Sassetta is an all-day Italian destination restaurant that celebrates good food, wine, and company, centering on a menu of house-made pastas, pizzas, and regional wines. The Lobby Bar is suitable for starting the night or winding down with a nightcap. Midnight Rambler is a subterranean cocktail bar with a menu crafted by Gabe Sanchez. CBD Provisions will be closing for renovations in early 2026. There is a pool bar. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and menus highlight seasonal produce, prime cuts, and signature Texas flavors in a setting with soaring ceilings, historic brick walls, and reclaimed wood.
