The hotel offers a convenient location close to the Museum train station and various gardens. The staff I encountered were friendly and very prompt. This. I found the room to be an adequate size and the bed provided great comfort. The shower was particularly powerful, which I really appreciated after a long day.

The roadworks outside created some difficulty in accessing the hotel, requiring extra navigation. The hotel did not communicate instructions for how to avoid that inconvenience! Clearer signage or advance notice would have mitigated this issue.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and efficiency. They addressed requests quickly. I observed that the service in the wine bar was particularly good, with staff readily available. The staff were cute and professional.

charming stay at a boutique hotel

central locationroom service

i really appreciated the central location. several train stations were within an easy walk (this made getting around very convenient). the cafe on site was a bonus. i even had a nightcap using room service after the bar closed.
