missing pillows missing shower gel
the location is quite accessible, a feature i appreciated.
my room wasn't great. it only had two pillows instead of four. also, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom (that was not cool at all).

the location are accessible to shops nearby. staffs are accommodating to my needs too.
the floor carpet smells a bit and the bathroom isnt the cleanest. even the corridor carpets has a little smell.

Excellent Service and Convenient Location!
stylish room high quality efficient location
The hotel staff are highly trained. I noticed the really good customer service immediately! The rooms are stylish and high quality. It really exceeded my expectations. I found the location so close to the metro and everything else. This.
I noticed a very slight cigarette odor in the room upon arrival, though it dissipated quickly.

My Standard Twin Room had comfortable beds and a well-functioning air conditioner. The room also contained a mini fridge and a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, so thoughtful. The space was really well kept!

The hotel enjoys a really perfect location near the Al Rigga metro station on the Red Line, providing easy access to the city! Several supermarkets, bakeries, and affordable restaurants line the street. They make quick errands simple. This is so helpful!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of fresh food, and I found it quite enticing. Though I didn't eat every morning, the options looked delicious, and I appreciate the variety! The buffet area was very clean!

There is a gym available. It contains treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines for a complete workout. The hotel also provides office space. It is perfect for business travelers who need a quiet area to work. This is such a plus!

convenient and clean stay
central location friendly staff good ambiance
the location is great near many restaurants and shops the metro station is also close by rooms were clean and well kept mr ali sher the security personnel was very friendly and helpful i really appreciated his assistance. i liked that the staff were polite and always ready to assist guests the hotel's proximity to the metro made it easy to get around and see the city. the hotel had a good atmosphere and cool ambiance junior and syed were very helpful making my stay joyous

convenient location smooth check-in
the location proved very accessible, placing me near many attractions. i appreciated the friendly staff, particularly those at reception. their warm welcome made the check-in process very smooth. i felt they were very helpful and kind.
i noticed a slight musty smell in the room, a bit unpleasant. it seemed to linger, impacting the overall freshness. management should address the smell issue.
