I really appreciated the transfer service that connects the hotel to several malls. It helped me save on taxi fares. the staff was helpful especially omar, mani, ghi ghi, robin and harpreet. i also liked the facilities like the pool and supermarket. the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
the doors slamming and people talking loudly in the corridors at 4 am were frequent , making it difficult to sleep.

The quick whatsapp communication impressed me. i had a few questions prior to my visit and received answers within minutes each time. the interior design is very nice. It felt new and open with lots of natural light. bringing suhoor to my room was also greatly appreciated by me.
the noise level created by other guests was noticeable. i heard doors slamming and people talking in the corridors at four in the morning. this occurred frequently .

this place is really new and the decorations are beautiful. the beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. i saved money using the transfer service to go to the mall and other cool places. the staff was super helpful and kind to me. i am a solo traveler and i felt so welcomed and taken care of. a big shoutout to omar, mani, ghi ghi, robin, and harpreet for their awesome service.
the corridors can get a little noisy sometimes because of other guests slamming doors and chatting late at night.
