i found the rooftop pool very inviting , especially since the building shaded it during the hottest parts of the day. the al jaddaf metro station was also nearby , and , made getting around quite simple. there were also supermarkets right across from the building , so stocking up on essentials was easy.
the hotel offered limited parking options , most of which required payment.

this hotel is family-friendly with excellent services. quality, comfort, and amenities are really good considering the price. the location in al jaddaf is quiet and near the airport. it was convenient to get around and the metro station is within walking distance.
sometimes, i had to call several times to receive my order. even for normal checkouts they can get so annoying.

the location proved very convenient for reaching the airport easily. the hotel is close to a metro station, offering convenient access. this made travel simple and stress-free, so i could easily reach my destinations.

the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly in housekeeping. lucy at reception provided really good service, and made check-in seamless. all the staff were wonderful, dedicated, and provided warm service throughout my stay.

The hotel had a good location near the metro station. This made getting around easy.
My experience here was pretty frustrating. the room was not clean upon arrival. I saw hairs in the bathroom. also, the promised shuttle to festival city mall never materialized, and the staff seemed indifferent when i inquired about it. i ended up paying for a taxi, quite annoying.
