i found the location quite convenient, near deira city centre. the staff were cute and helpful at all times. the receptionist was professional, and they promptly addressed my needs. i was impressed with the overall service.
The lighting system in the room was a bit over-engineered. It took a while to adjust it as i wanted.

the hotel provides basement parking, very convenient with cars. the design is simple and elegant throughout the common areas. access to the metro is quick from the hotel.

The superior king room had comfortable beds. I slept soundly each night. the room was clean, and all the amenities were in good working order. the room offered nice decor.

The breakfast had a variety of options available. There was something for everyone. i found the breakfast delicious, and the staff were attentive! the restaurants around offered great cuisine

The staff, including amesha, were corporative and always smiling. ebtsam provided excellent service, and i appreciated her assistance. She was very helpful. raushan and daud were also great help.
