some issues .

ineffective air conditioning insufficient towels

The air conditioning was a real problem, i could barely sleep because it wasn't effective enough. also, i found it annoying that there were only enough towels in the bathroom for one person. This felt quite cheap and inconvenient. i would have expected better from a hotel like this.

the room had comfy beds, i fell asleep quick. check-in was fast, and check-out was even faster. the hotel offered easy access from the airport, that helped a lot.

amazing hotel, was so great!

the staff showed great help, really amazing. comfy beds provided a very restful sleep. i certainly recommend it. the cleaning team kept everything super clean, and i really appreciated their work.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The free shuttle was convenient and close to the airport. The room was big and the staff was friendly.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The ceiling above the sink leaked water.

Acceptable stay near the airport

friendly staffs comfortable bed traffic jam long check-in

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well-designed. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was so pleasant!!!

The entrance was not that white. It was enough only for one car, which caused a traffic jam at the entrance of the hotel. My check in process took a longer time. The check-in process took very long time unnecessarily, and there was only one client in front of me.

spacious room modern amenities clean pool fantastic stay

the room was very spacious and modern. it had every single amenity for a staycation. the pool was clean, and the gym was really good. breakfast had a lot of options and was amazing!!! i found my stay overall fantastic.

from terminal 1, i went to the long-term parking bridge. i crossed it, went behind the mosque, and i was in front of the hotel. it's literally a five minutes walk, a convenient location for travelers.

inconsistent temperature disruptive noise

The complimentary airport shuttle provided convenient transport to and from the terminals. The directions to the pick-up point were clear.

I encountered issues with the air conditioning in my room. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. Sleep was difficult to achieve.
