I found the staff very kind , especially joy at reception. She was always ready to help! the rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day, which i appreciated. the hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around easy.

The room size was really a squeeze (I reminded me of I was in a fancy closet). It was hard to move around. the water temperature in the shower was erratic. It changed from cold to hot without warning. It, eh?).

the staff showed great care they helped with directions the bellboy was very kind. i appreciated the easy metro access for exploring nearby areas it made commuting simple. the room was well-kept and all amenities functioned properly. i liked being able to easily get around

the bathroom size was somewhat small it became a little cramped during showers and when getting ready. i found this a slight inconvenience but manageable overall.
