i found the reception team greeted me warmly and efficiently. the housekeeping staff maintained a super clean room with fresh linens and well-organized amenities. breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, including hot dishes, pastries and fruits. the service felt top-quality across all departments.
the elevators seemed a bit slow, and occasionally there was a wait.

The rooms felt a bit small considering the price. i also found it inconvenient that the hotel charges extra for everything, even ice. a wash rag wasn't initially provided in the room. I had to call and request it. plus, there wasn't a smart tv, so i couldn't log into netflix or youtube. the coffee area also lacked complimentary coffee or tea, a detail i missed.

the location was very convenient with spacious rooms. i enjoyed the nice view to the canal. parking was free, so that was a great value.
The breakfast was very basic. The amount i paid was not fair compared to the service. i thought the staff was not very professional and at one point wanted me to cancel the reservation. i also noticed the bathroom sink was leaking water while i showered.

i wasnt happy with the breakfast service. the coffee machines all stood in one corner. this meant very long queues for coffee formed. also when i ordered a latte, they didnt have cups big enough. hot milk spilled out of the too small cup.

The reception secured rooms early despite our early arrival at 7 a.m. This gesture accommodated our tiredness from long flights. Breakfast service staff was very helpful.. Abhilasha and Adi were particularly notable at reception. They offered excellent support .
The pool area was quite small, requiring guests to wait for available loungers.
