the staff seemed attentive. they were responsive to requests, acceptable.

The noise was pretty bad. i could hear traffic all night. plus, the room wasn't as clean as i hoped. There was hair in the bathroom. so, sleep was tough and the cleanliness was subpar.

I was staying on the fifth floor, but it was so loud. I could hear a lot of street noise all night long, its not like I usually mind such things. The room was also small. It made it difficult to move around.

My room, a Cozy Double or Twin Room, was notably clean and well kept. The staff displayed genuine care, particularly in managing the busy street. I found the food in the restaurant to be delicious and fairly priced (I especially enjoyed the dinner).

The road-facing room had significant noise issues, made sleeping difficult.

Staff members were proactive and helpful, even assisting with crossing a busy road. I observed consistent attentiveness from the hotel staff, especially Junita who was very polite during breakfast. Their genuine care added positively to my overall experience.

The on-site restaurant offers a beautiful environment for dining. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The restaurant created a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent for the value offered (the local dishes were particularly good).

The hotel features nicely designed facilities that was fresh. I noticed complementary tea and coffee, as well as drinking water, were available in the room. The hotel provides smooth logistics to the airport (Grab worked very well).

the staff helped cross a busy road. junita, our server, was very attentive during breakfast. the rooms were clean and had a cozy balinese atmosphere. i will recommend this hotel to others. the staff were very proactive. i definitely plan to return.

the location on a busy street made accessing nearby restaurants difficult. the basic lobby and pool area had limited space for relaxation. i expected more comfortable areas.

getting to the hotel from the airport was more difficult than expected. despite its proximity, the route required a long detour because of road configurations (this added unnecessary time and stress). additionally, i noticed dirty water in the toilet upon arrival, a detail that wasn't particularly cute.
