the late-night room service menu was a joke. i ordered two pizzas after a ridiculously long flight. they were barely cooked and had minimal toppings. i paid $26 each for those sad discs!

I found the front desk team efficient at check-in. The beds were very comfortable. I slept soundly. The restaurant offered healthy options. I recommend the beef salad. The proximity to the airport and the availability of a free shuttle made my departure easy.

The room service menu seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered. A simpler menu might be better.

I was welcomed by Therso she was very helpful and professional. She answered all questions I had and she offered great suggestions. The customer service at reception is really good. The team always manages to.

The gym closes relatively early at 9pm it could have later hours.

I enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, Catalina , and the lamb special was delicious. Thanks to chef Ninja, Saba at the bar, and Layla for the wonderful meal. The hotel is conveniently located near the SkyGate center and DFO , , made shopping easy. The reception staff was also helpful and accommodating .

The gym area could use a refresh , and expansion since there is unused space.

Staff were cute and helpful with recommendations for transport options and shopping near the hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant , and the waitress Stephanie was amazing , very helpful with my allergies. She checked with the chef to ensure my meal was safe.
