The airport shuttle service was convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.
The bedsheet had some hair on it. I called many times for collection at the airport, but no one picked up the phone.

the location was very close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle.
The room service was a big disappointment. i tried to order dinner and after an hour of calling to check, my meal was not even in their system. finally, i got the pizzas. They were horrible. the housekeeping left a lot to be desired too.

I found the staff very friendly. The location is GREAT and convenient. I appreciated the 24/7 airport shuttle. It made travel seamless. I also liked the garden attached to my room. It added a touch of nature.
I found the room service SLOW. I waited over an hour for my order.
