airport shuttle gym equipment clean room
the hotel provides a convenient airport shuttle (it cost $8 each way). i found the gym had good equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. the room was clean and well kept.

The room had a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the complimentary minibar snacks provided in the room. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.
The young man at check in was rude when I was having difficulty with the check in machine. I thought the hotel looked run down. I was charged for parking at check in, though the sign said it was free.

the super nice team and friendly. i also had interactions with them. the rooms were really nice, i found vending machines handy. the on-site restaurant and bar were great. the bar staff were also respectful.

friendly staff excellent breakfast clean room no facecloths ants problem rug stain
the staff was really friendly. breakfast was excellent. i liked that the room was clean.
there were no face cloths in the bathroom. there were ants in our room. i think they need to do some spraying as it would be worse in summer. stains on the rug in our room were a bit gross (a bit disappointing).

good bathtub good room size low cleanliness room dampness
the room was a good size. the bathroom was good with a great bathtub. location was easy for the local bus to get to shops.
the cleanliness was not great. we stayed in a fairly cheaper room, i don't think this is an excuse to lower the standards. we had to switch twice to a different room because of the dampness.
