The hotel is right inside terminal 2!!! no need to worry about rain or long walks outside. the buffet breakfast was amazing!!! it starts very early, from 3 am. this is perfect for early flights. the staff was so pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is located inside the airport. This made transit stays very easy for me. The staff were friendly. They assisted with directions to the skytrain for my early morning train connection. I appreciated the efficient airport pick up service.

Location is convenient due its location within terminal 2. Friendly staff greeted me at arrival. They seemed happy to help. I noticed a full-service restaurant is available. I also saw beer and drinks.

The room appears old and poorly maintained. I found this less than ideal. I had to climb some stairs to get to my room. It wasn't convenient with luggage. Airport speaker noise was disruptive. I find it very hard to sleep.

the location was a major plus (so easy to get to the terminal!). i enjoyed having a 24-hour kitchen. i could eat in the restaurant or order room service anytime.

i noticed the hygiene standards seemed low and the air felt heavy. the bathroom looked old, and it did not feel properly cleaned for a new guest. (maybe i'm too picky!).
