the free airport shuttle was convenient. it runs regularly. the hotel provided a very clean room. the staff were friendly and helpful in directing me to nearby amenities.

The restaurant service was somewhat slow during peak hours. I waited longer than expected for a simple meal.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is excellent. The shuttle takes only about 13 minutes. a 7-eleven is located nearby. this made it easy for me to purchase any necessary items.

the free airport shuttle was efficient and a great service. instructions from the hotel for locating the shuttle were clear. i also appreciated the clean and spacious breakfast room.

the hotel restaurant staff could improve their attitudes, it seemed.
