i needed quick access to terminal 2 at 2 am so i chose this hotel. it's conveniently located near the airport, accessible by taxi. the hotel staff arranged a taxi for me at a reasonable rate which i appreciated. the hotel offered drinks and simple meals, so i did not need to search elsewhere.

I noted no shampoo available in the washroom. This was a very minor inconvenience.

The rooms are clean and quiet. i had hot water available. It required a brief wait to reach temperature. the room size was sufficient for a short stay near the airport.

the staff was friendly, i thought. the porter was helpful with luggage. customer service was efficient, and the staff assisted with my requests without delay. i felt supported.

There is a café on site and a kfc next door. There is a sari-sari store close by. the food outlets provided options for quick meals. the convenience was valuable, we loved the kfc. but the café was also good!

the hotel was close to the airport, so i could walk.

the shower only had cold water and it seemed like bugs was everywhere on the first floor. the air conditioning made too much noise, that was very annoying. the room looked very old and wasn't in a great condition.
