The takeout breakfast was underwhelming. It included just two bread buns, a boiled egg, apple juice, and yogurt. I found it strange that breakfast didn't start until 6:30 AM. I've seen airport hotels with 24-hour breakfast options so people can eat, regardless of their flight schedules. The limited takeout breakfast, and strange breakfast time were significant disappointments.

Shea at the front desk was helpful!!! The hotel arranged an airport pickup and a private driver to the Great Wall. The dinner at the restaurant tasted fantastic. The airport shuttle was very punctual.

The reception check-in was slow. The priority check-in was understaffed. There were over ten people in the line.

The free shuttle bus from the airport was super handy! The food in the lounge was AMAZING!!! Staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They have proper restaurants. The food was very nice.

Check-in was slow, terrible. The priority line had over 10 people. I was not told where my room was. I had to ask.
