I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The spa access incurred an extra charge, which I found quite disappointing. The room was smaller than I anticipated, leaving limited space for luggage.

the room was big. it offered a wide range of services. the atmosphere was calm. the team of personnel was professional. they were polite and friendly. they solved all necessary requests.
the honeymoon surprise i was promised during check-in never arrived. the hairdryer in the room seemed quite old. it became sticky from heat. it had a loose connection. it only worked when held in a very specific position. a slight movement caused it to lose power.

the rooftop bar was a positive point for me, a nice place to unwind.
i found a couple of issues disappointing. the spa access required an extra charge, something i didn't anticipate. also, there wasn't an option to open the room windows.. that felt quite stuffy.

the hotel is a short walk from the main train station. the gym had equipment like treadmills and weights (i made sure to get a workout in).
the room i booked was a bit smaller than i had anticipated.
